Beside is designed solely for voluntary location sharing between consenting family members, partners, and friends. You agree that:

• You will only share your location or request location connections with individuals who have given explicit consent.
• You will not use the Application to track or monitor anyone without their knowledge and consent.
• You will not attempt to bypass or override privacy controls or permissions established within the Application.

3. Service Availability & Accuracy

Location tracking relies on mobile network signals, GPS satellite connections, and device hardware capabilities. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free location reporting. Beside should not be relied upon as a sole emergency or life-saving service.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and content included in Beside are the property of Beside and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or unauthorized tracking activity.
